This location is actually inside of Southland Mall fka Cutler Ridge Mall right across from the big merry-go-round and about 100 yds from the theater. Pretty much it has all that the free standing locations offer although the condiment station is usually in a bit of a disarray There is limited outside seating but the inside doesn't have the usual studying crowd that is common w the other locations. so order yourself your favorite caffeine fix and relax while the rest of your party goes window shopping!

Attention please. This Starbucks is actually in a mall. To be more specific, it is in a very quiet and largely deserted mall. So, if you need a place to work in a temperature controlled setting, participate in conference calls, surf the web, do email, and drink espresso, this is the place. It can be my office away from the office since I have the whole place to myself, not counting one incredibly bored barista. Better yet, you never read this. It's mine. All mine. Stay away.

Only one server when I came in. Took a long time to get my order. Store looked dirty, garbage on the floor and counters needed cleaned. Won't come here again.

Doesn't cut it for me. I usually expect more from Starbucks. My drinks are never as good as they are in other establishments. A couple of times they've missed some details in my order. Since they never put names on the drinks, like other Starbucks, I've also gotten my drink mixed up, although fortunately it only happened once. Also, PLEASE, get a toaster, or an oven, or something! Maybe I'd eat the bagels if you guys had of the aforementioned and if they weren't so cold!

Even though I hate Southland Mall, I love this Starbucks. The costumer service is great and the drinks I end up getting taste great.

Starbucks is the only place I can get a soy latte with splenda. Very clean, pleasant service. Haven't tried the food yet. Hope to do that in the future. It is located inside Southland Mall (Cutler Ridge Mall to all of us old residents) near the merry go round.

This Starbucks gets the "Most Improved" award. A year ago, you couldn't pay me to go to this location. Actually, I even complained to their corporate office about the service I had. Alas, my regular Starbucks in the Old Cutler Towne Center closed down (*sniff*), so I was "forced" to come back to this store, since it is the closest, and I am a Starbucks-aholic. I don't know what happened. Maybe they recieved a lot of complaints, because I know that I am not the only one that hated this store, but they have completely redeemed themselves. The staff is always friendly, and my drink is always tasty. I am so pleased with this location now. Well done! One update: They sell bagels, but dont have anything to toast them in. Hello?!

All the employees at this Starbucks rock. I'm on a first name basis with everyone who works there (as of this review) and they all know how to treat their customers well. They're friendly and knowledgeable. Of all the Starbucks I've been to, I'm going to say this one is the best - certainly my favorite.

This Starbucks is located inside the Southland Mall. The interior decorations looks new and is current of Starbucks interior design. I'm thinking because there's not a lot of foot traffic that goes to this mall. It looks dead. At least the store stays clean. The baristas are friendly and knowledgeable.. well, most of them. Some like to question you if you request a drink that they don't normally make. This one guy asked me "um... which starbucks stores have you been to still make this drink?" .. I responded, "uhhh... this one. I got it last night."
